WMFC 2019 Run, Walk, and Wheel 5K

The WMFC annual 5K fundraiser will be held on Saturday, May 4 at Big Creek State Park near Polk City. The race begins at 9 AM near Shelter House #3 and is open to runners, walkers, and people who use mobility devices like wheelchairs and walkers.

Click here to register online or register in person on the day of the race. The registration fee ($25 for runners and walkers, $15 for participants with special needs) includes a t-shirt and the pancake feed after the race.

The 5K planning committee is looking for volunteers to help with set up, the pancake feed, and tear down. If you would like to volunteer for part or all of the morning, click this link for more information. If you’re busy on May 4, you can still help publicize the 5K by sharing this link with your friends and on social media.

Race proceeds will go into the fund that pays for 40 special needs families to attend the Wonderfully Made Family Camp (WMFC) at Hidden Acres Christian Center May 30–June 2, 2019.
